I think the sales associates name is Rada (not sure about spelling) but she is a not pressure, totally honest, truly gifted stylist and SO MUCH FUN! This store blows the Madison stores out of the water and Rada is a major reason why. After feeling the scorn of not being a recognized "Madison" client I popped into this little gem on Prince and all was well. On vacation I may not look like I'm a big spender but that's when I drop the most dough. Thanks for making it fun Rada!

I love MK. Staff here is super friendly and always willing to help if you have any questions (sometimes a bit overly chatty but I'll take it over rudeness). I usually pop in on my lunch breaks or after work and no matter when I come everyone's so smiley. I must say - they have a great system going on because most of the time I want to try on clothes that the salespeople are wearing. When you walk in and they say "Oh hi so nice to see you again - how do you like your new bracelet..." You know you're coming too often!

You see, I enjoy great service with no hassle. I like to point out two people in this review making it possible for 5 star rating by me. Mr. Darrick Charles Evans Ward Jr. and the Supervisor on duty on the weekends, they both get many thanks for their marketing skills & positive inputs. I have purchased a few watches from their store and I felt were excellent choices with assistance by these two gentlemen. My first watch was a white watch where I was warned it would stain, but is a show stopper watch where it look different from what people purchase. I love being different, because I tend to be that purple thread on a white shirt. When I wore the watch I received many questions, ei where did I buy that watch from. I could've bought the Gold Runaway Watch or a watch with stones, I choose not to because refuse to pretend these are diamonds (LOL)... The store offers occasion sales, so I recommend you to visits a few times when you are able. Did my white watch stained? Nope not at all, I maintain it daily to keep it fresh. However, I did buy a watch for working out in the gym (all black with rubber straps)! I am watch addict! Already thinking about buying another one after buying the "working out" watch 5 days ago.. :-)

Sigh, I do like his stuff. He's probably playing to his market, but he's got a fancy-punk rock vibe with a lot of his stuff that I really respond to. Honestly the staff here is a lot nicer than at the shop-in-shop at Bloomingdale's uptown and the selection is better, so if you're into this designer and have, you know, money, this is THE place to come shop. As far as prices compared with Bloomingdale's, starting retail prices at the two are the same, and there were some things on sale this weekend at Bloomingdale's they didn't have at the boutique and vice versa, sale stuff is going to be catch as catch can.
